Dear New or Returning Member

Welcome to Birkenhead Lawn Tennis Club. If you or your family wishes to join Birkenhead Lawn Tennis Club, please call down to the clubhouse, perhaps best on a Tuesday, Thursday or Friday evening and meet us to see what BLTC has to offer you.

If you then wish to apply for Membership please complete the membership form below and send it with the relevant fees to the clubs membership secretary. Please make cheques payable to Birkenhead Lawn Tennis Club. This amount will be the first years subscription fee and would be refunded in the unlikely event of any non-election.

All Senior members must complete this form, Junior members must complete the Junior Membership form. Subscriptions for the coming season are due and early settlement as always would be appreciated. Membership renewals need to be received no later than 1st February.

All club members are required to be a member of British Tennis, membership is free for club members. In order to join, logon to British Tennis website.
